Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will replace defective parts at our discretion and at no cost to the customer. We will provide replacement parts, but installation is the customer’s responsibility.

This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If purchased from an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.

Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

UV damage to fabric or outer shell.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use (e.g., vinyl window discoloration, minor scratches/dents).
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse.
Damage from natural events (e.g., storms, strong winds).
Aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications by the customer.

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and then handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Free shipping is available for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to the following locations:
Puerto Rico (PR), the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), the Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS), and Hawaii (HI).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

FAQs

This 12V air compressor is designed for SUVs, 4WDs, trucks, off-road vehicles, and standard passenger cars. With multiple nozzle adapters, it can also be used for bicycle tires, tents, inflatable boats, and sports balls.

With up to 10.6 CFM (300 L/min) airflow and dual 2.4 in (60 mm) cylinders, the air compressor can inflate a 35-inch tire from 15 to 35 PSI in about 1 minute.* Actual inflation time may vary depending on tire size and operating conditions.

The air compressor runs on DC 12V power and connects directly to a vehicle battery using the included battery clamps. For best performance, start the vehicle engine before operating the compressor.

The Built-In Digital Gauge version displays tire pressure directly on the compressor, while the Handheld Digital Gauge version uses a separate handheld digital gauge for pressure monitoring.

The compressor includes a 26.2 ft inflation hose and a 6.6 ft power cable, providing a total working reach of 32.8 ft for convenient access around larger vehicles.
