1.1 Delivery Areas

Free Shipping (United States only)
We offer free shipping on roof top tents, awnings, and similar products to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and all U.S. Armed Forces military bases).

Canada
A flat shipping fee of $199 applies to roof top tents, awnings, and similar products shipped to Canada.

Germany
A flat shipping fee of $120 applies to roof top tents and awnings shipped to Germany.

Other European Countries
For deliveries to other European countries, please contact our customer service team for a shipping fee quote.

Restricted U.S. Areas (No Shipping)
We do not ship to the following U.S. regions: Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), and all U.S. Armed Forces military bases.

2. Delivery Methods & Receive

2.1 Shipping Methods

Shipping carriers are automatically assigned based on the product type and cannot be specified. 

  • Rooftop Tents: Classified as oversized freight and shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) trucking service.  
  • Other Products (e.g., Awnings, Accessories): Delivered via standard parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL).

2.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Rooftop Tents: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days from the ship date. 
  • Other Products: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days. 
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to distance, order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters.

2.3 Freight Delivery Notes (Rooftop Tents Only)

Truck drivers may not assist with unloading. Please prepare in advance by arranging help to receive and move the item based on its weight and package size. Failure to receive or unload freight may result in return shipping charges at the customer’s expense. Delivery is curbside only — not to your door or indoors.

2.4 Delivery Appointment & Signature Required

For freight shipments (tents), the carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment. 

An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. 

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for freight shipments — please use a valid street address and ensure your contact number is accurate. 

Missed delivery appointments or unreachable phone numbers may lead to delays or extra charges.

3. Shipping Protection & Order Tracking

3.1  Shipping Insurance & Extended Warranty 

For added peace of mind, we offer a Shipping Protection & Extended Warranty Bundle Includes: 

  • Shipping insurance for damage/loss in transit 
  • Adds 1 extra year of product warranty: $99 USD 

This optional service can be added during checkout.

3.2 How to Track My Order

After your order is confirmed, we will provide the shipping carrier and tracking number upon dispatch by Email. 

Track Your Order: You can monitor your delivery status using the "Track Your Order" on our website.
