Fraud / Spam Review Policy

We use Judge.me as our third-party review management platform to help ensure the authenticity and quality of customer reviews on our store.

Our review moderation and anti-spam practices include:

• Verified review collection: Reviews are primarily collected through post-purchase review request emails or verified customer submissions.
• Spam detection: Suspicious or low-quality reviews may be automatically flagged by the review system and moved out of public display.
• Manual moderation: Our team reviews flagged content and may hide reviews that are identified as fake, duplicated, unrelated, spam, abusive, or containing inappropriate/private information.
• Profanity and content filtering: Reviews containing offensive or irrelevant content may be automatically filtered or manually moderated.
• No review manipulation: We do not publish fabricated reviews or intentionally misrepresent customer feedback.
