Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will replace defective parts at our discretion and at no cost to the customer. We will provide replacement parts, but installation is the customer’s responsibility.
This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If purchased from an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
UV damage to fabric or outer shell.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use (e.g., vinyl window discoloration, minor scratches/dents).
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse.
Damage from natural events (e.g., storms, strong winds).
Aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications by the customer.

Shipping Policy
- We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and then handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Free shipping is available for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
- We do not currently ship to the following locations:
Puerto Rico (PR), the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), the Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS), and Hawaii (HI).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

No. In calm conditions, the awning can be used freestanding, making quick stops and everyday setup much easier. It deploys in about 30 seconds, so you can create shade without spending extra time setting up poles each time you stop.
For normal conditions, the freestanding setup keeps things quick and convenient. When wind or rain picks up, use the included support poles, guy ropes, and ground stakes to add stability. In severe weather or very strong winds, we recommend retracting the awning rather than leaving it deployed.
The canopy is made from durable 420D waterproof Oxford fabric, designed to provide reliable shelter from rain and direct sunlight during outdoor use. It creates a large shaded area that helps reduce direct sun exposure. A specific UPF rating should only be stated if the fabric has been tested and certified for that rating.
