Warranty Coverage Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:


UV Damage: Damage to fabric or gel coatings caused by ultraviolet rays.

Normal Wear and Tear: Surface imperfections such as discoloration or damage to vinyl windows, scratches, or dents on the tent shell that occur through regular use.

Customer-Induced Damage: Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or abuse.

Damage from Natural Disasters: Loss caused by severe weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds).

Aesthetic Changes: Non-functional modifications or aesthetic changes that do not affect the normal operation of the rooftop tent.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Products that have been altered or repaired by customers.

Naturnest Accidental Damage Protection Plan

Naturnest offers an optional Extended Protection Plan available for purchase at checkout when buying a rooftop tent (RTT). This plan extends protection beyond the standard warranty period and is available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year coverage options.

Coverage Details:

Mechanical & Functional FailuresThe Extended Protection Plan covers mechanical or functional failures caused by normal use during the coverage period, including issues that affect the intended operation of the product.

What Is Not Covered

This plan does not cover accidental damage, including but not limited to:


Drops, impacts, or collisions

Cracks, bends, or dents caused by external forces

Tears, rips, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

Damage caused during transportation, installation, removal, or storage.


Important Note

The Extended Protection Plan applies only to eligible product failures under normal use. It does not replace proper installation, maintenance, or safe handling of your rooftop tent.
