Roof Top Tent Warranty
If you experience any issues with our product, please contact our customer service team using the form below. We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Due to the complexity of certain warranty claims, it may take up to 3-5 business days for a response.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Naturnest offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, we will, at our discretion, replace any defective parts free of charge. Please note, Naturnest will provide replacement parts; however, the customer is responsible for installation.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Naturnest.com or authorized dealers and does not cover second-hand products. If purchased from an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required when submitting a warranty claim.
Warranty Coverage Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- UV Damage: Damage to fabric or gel coatings caused by ultraviolet rays.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Surface imperfections such as discoloration or damage to vinyl windows, scratches, or dents on the tent shell that occur through regular use.
- Customer-Induced Damage: Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or abuse.
- Damage from Natural Disasters: Loss caused by severe weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds).
- Aesthetic Changes: Non-functional modifications or aesthetic changes that do not affect the normal operation of the rooftop tent.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Products that have been altered or repaired by customers.
How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a claim, please complete the form below, and we will respond promptly. For standard issues, claims are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days. More complex matters may require additional processing time.

Coverage Details:
- Accidental Damage: Includes drops, cracks, bends, tears, rips, and structural damage that impairs the product's functionality.
- Mechanical Failure: Coverage for mechanical or functional breakdowns during normal use.
