Our multi-valve system allows for fast inflation and deflation, plus easy adjustment for your preferred firmness. The inflating mattress can be easily inflated using the included air pump. After deflating, it can be rolled up into a compact size for easy storage in a rooftop tent or vehicle.
Compatible with all Polaris rooftop tent models and other tents of similar size, it’s the perfect upgrade for serious adventurers who value comfort, warmth, and durability in the wild.
Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will replace defective parts at our discretion and at no cost to the customer. We will provide replacement parts, but installation is the customer’s responsibility.
This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If purchased from an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
UV damage to fabric or outer shell.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use (e.g., vinyl window discoloration, minor scratches/dents).
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse.
Damage from natural events (e.g., storms, strong winds).
Aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications by the customer.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
- We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and then handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Sales tax, when applicable, is calculated at checkout based on the taxability of the items purchased and the shipping address. We currently collect applicable sales tax on taxable products shipped to California (CA), Colorado (CO), Georgia (GA), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), and Washington (WA). The final tax amount will be displayed before payment.
- We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Free shipping is available for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
- We do not currently ship to the following locations:
Puerto Rico (PR), the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), the Northern Mariana Islands (MP), American Samoa (AS), and Hawaii (HI).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@naturnest.com and provide your order number.
- Return the item using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the applicable refund or exchange.

Inflating Mattress Care & Use Guide
Essential guidance for proper inflation, safe use, cleaning, and storage of your inflatable mattress.
Always monitor the mattress while inflating. Stop immediately when the side panels begin to bulge. Overinflation may cause permanent damage.
How to Use
- First Use: Fully unfold the mattress and open both valves to allow air in naturally and activate the foam.
- Inflation: Close one valve completely and connect the included air pump to the other. Inflation typically takes about 5-10s.
- When to Stop: Watch the four sides of the mattress while inflating. Stop immediately when the side panels begin to bulge. Do not overinflate.
- After Use: Open the valves, fully deflate the mattress, then roll it up for storage.
Cleaning & Storage
- Wipe away dirt or spills gently with a damp cloth. Mild soapy water may be used for spot cleaning.
- Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Avoid alcohol and harsh detergents.
- After use, fully deflate the mattress and roll it up carefully for storage.
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid compressing the mattress too tightly during long-term storage to help maintain the foam's performance.
Important Safety Tips
- Do not overinflate. Excessive inflation may cause bulging and permanent damage.
- Always stay nearby and monitor the mattress while using the air pump. Do not rely on inflation time alone.
- Keep the mattress away from knives, sharp objects, open flames, and direct heat sources.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures. Heat can increase internal air pressure and cause overexpansion or damage. In colder conditions, add a small amount of air if needed; in warmer conditions, release some air if the mattress becomes overly firm.
- Keep sand and debris away from the valves and air pump to help prevent leakage or malfunction.
- Do not use the mattress as a flotation device.
