Warranty
For one year from the date of purchase, Naturnest will replace defective parts at our discretion and at no cost to the customer. We will provide replacement parts, but installation is the customer’s responsibility.
This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from Naturnest or an authorized dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If purchased from an authorized dealer, proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
Products sold by Naturnest that are not Naturnest-branded are covered by their respective manufacturers. Some discounted or clearance tents may have limited warranty coverage, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
UV damage to fabric or outer shell.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes from use (e.g., vinyl window discoloration, minor scratches/dents).
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or abuse.
Damage from natural events (e.g., storms, strong winds).
Aesthetic changes that do not affect functionality.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications by the customer.

1.We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via shipping carrier.
2.Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange.

As long as your vehicle has the right mounting platform (crossbar / rack),the Naturnest rooftop tent can be installed on 95% of the car.
The Naturnest rooftop tent can be set up and packed away in under one minute. We focus on both speed and premium quality. Please refer to the instruction manual for more details.
Of course, Sirius 1 plus is designed to be installed with a luggage bar. You can install a luggage bar on the top of the tent to expand its range of use.
The Naturnest rooftop tent has undergone rigorous weather-resistance testing and is designed to withstand harsh environments and severe weather conditions.
Naturnest rooftop tents can be mounted on most roof racks and crossbars on the market. Rooftop tents are designed to be mounted on crossbar type roof racks, we recommend at least 2 crossbars. The crossbar weight capacity (DWC – the weight the rack can actually carry while the vehicle is in motion) of the roof rack must be at least equal to the weight of the tent.
Naturnest tents were designed to allow sheets to be left on and a thin blanket or sleeping bag left inside.
If the side straps do not touch or you need to sit on the tent to get it to close then you will cause permanent damage to your tent and shorten the life of your cover zipper. ( the zipper tab will be the first to break)
Memory foam toppers will NOT allow the tent to fold correctly and will cause permanent and irreparable damage.
Here are our top tips on keeping you and your tent dry
1)Ventilate Your Tent!
The most effective way to prevent condensation is to ventilate your tent and reduce the internal humidity of your tent by promoting a good airflow.
Examine your tent for low and high venting options and open them to let the moist air flow out. If the weather conditions permit, leave the upper and lower sections of the door open, mesh sections can be kept fully zipped. If appropriate, also ensure vents at the rear of the tent are fully open. Make sure the vents are not obstructed by bags or sleeping bodies.
2)Store Wet Stuff Outside
Towels, boots, waterproofs, swimmers , wet fishing gear … keep that wet stuff out of the tent. Use boot bags for those and perhaps a line to hang those other wet items to help them dry.
3)Do Not Use Heaters
Warming the air inside the tent will increase moisture in the air as warmer air can support more moisture , plus the warmer the tent is the more moisture will be released into the tent through evaporation and perspiration. Instead of heating the tent, warm yourself up with the right clothing and good sleeping bags.
4)Open a Window
Opening a window and/or using a small fan provides much needed airflow that helps the warm moisture laden air from settling on the tent fabric.
5)Being closer to water increases the amount of moisture in the air.
Rivers and lakes can increase humidity. Setting up a little further away from water sources can help reduce condensation.
6)Take Spare Towels
In some weather conditions condensation is difficult to avoid. Reduce it using the steps above and pack a spare towel to simply wipe it away.

Absolutely love our rooftop tent! My wife and i celebrated our honeymoon by camping in different states. Would definitely recommend getting the annex as well. We spent a lot of time at night in the annex. Perfect place to hang out when there’s bugs out.

Shipping was SUPER FAST and shipped in maybe 3 ply plywood. No issues with interior damage.
Cost of this RTT is great for the price point. I looked at all couple different brands and decided to go with throne and glad I did.
The seams are weather sealed and the fabric is solid. Blackout fabric in the morning was a huge deal for us. Couldn’t even tell it was light out. Stayed warm with 2 people during a 50 degree night.
Super easy set up. Mattress could be thicker. We added a 4/5 thick yoga mat and the clam still shut. LED lights are nice. The ladder works great and folds up nice.
In the end naturnest prices these units at a great price for the quality of product. Glad we went it this.

Exactly what we were looking for!
Its the perfect roof top tent for our ford ranger, the right size folded up, fits over the bed and stays below cab heighth on mid sized trucks

This rtt is pretty good for it's price.
The tent material is thick and of good quality.The mattress is comfortable for it's thickness of 2 inch?It sleeps 2 average sized adults under 6 feet comfortably. The black out interior is nice for late sleepers like me.
There are a few issues that need to be improved.
1)The ladder will only work properly if the surface is even.It will not micro adjust to compensate for uneven surface.This will cause the extension floor to be slightly tilted up.I sleep on this side which works.
2)The latch for the cover will not close completely leaving a gap.
3) The cover doesn't have weather seal all around so there are gaps in between the tent and the cover that can cause water and dust or whatever to go inside. Keep these in mind. Overall this is a solid tent that can withstand moderate rain and wind gusts
