Naturnest offers a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
Naturnest uses reinforced packaging with thick cartons and foam or air-column protection. The damage rate during transit is very low. Please inspect the package upon delivery. If any damage is found, contact our customer service team promptly for replacement or claims assistance.
Please consult your insurance provider directly. While rooftop tents typically do not significantly impact auto insurance, some insurers may classify them as vehicle modifications. Informing your insurer ensures proper coverage. If clarification is needed, describing the rooftop tent as a “roof cargo box” or “roof-mounted carrier” is often helpful.
